Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping

Over Night Shipping
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
Over Land Shipping
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7-10 business days
Bilty
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 business days

Handling Time

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Certain products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, and destination.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Theparts.pk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Theparts.pk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Theparts.pk is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
Upon inquiry, Theparts.pk will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
